Cabo Villa Cortez is a gorgeous beachfront Mexican vacation villa located in the private and gated community of Cabo Del Sol, one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Los Cabos! Boasting over 5,000 sq. ft. of stunning indoor/outdoor living, this villa can accommodate up to ten guests and offers breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The home, which is a short walk from the beach, is also ideal for golfers, as it sits right on the green of Cabo del Sol - the Jack Nicklaus signature course!

Walking through the grand double-door entrance at Cabo Villa Cortez, you will be welcomed by the inviting open-space design of the home. High ceilings and pocket doors provide a feeling of spaciousness, while tasteful accents mingle with the soft neutral tones, giving the home a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Guests at Cabo Villa Cortez will appreciate spectacular details such as plaster and stone finishes, Canterra flooring, granite countertops, custom furnishings, and artistic décor, which is found throughout the villa!

Create unforgettable moments with loved ones in the spacious family room, which has a fireplace for cool winter nights. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Meals may be served on the dining table for a more formal presentation, or alfresco on the expansive outdoor patio, so guests can savor the sweeping views along with their meal!

Outdoor living is a joy at Cabo Villa Cortez, which comes with an infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi. Also, as the evening temps cool, guests can gather around the outdoor fire pit and unwind with family and friends with a glass of wine.  

The villa has five spacious and private bedrooms, ensuring a relaxing night's sleep for all guests. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are in the main villa, including two bedrooms that feature king-size beds and ocean views, a third bedroom with two twin-size beds, which can be combined to form a king-size bed, and a fourth bedroom that offers a queen-size bed. Bedrooms three and four have private balconies and ocean views. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate one-bedroom casita offering extra privacy.  

This villa is just a short walk to the beach and only a 10-minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas, where you will find many shops, restaurants, grocery stores and services.

A stay at Cabo Villa Cortez comes with housecleaning service, Monday through Saturday (NB: cleaning staff do not work on Mexican Holidays).

    Villa Cortez was perfect for our family vacation. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The view of the ocean was simply breathtaking! If you are looking for a villa with an amazing view with tons of space to spread out in a quiet location where you can see and hear the waves then this is the place for you!!! Our group ranged from teens to 60s and we all loved it! Pack some mosquito repellent though!

Angel our concierge went above and beyond the call of duty...he was the best we ever had! Kristi was insanely great setting everything up.     The house has a wonderful floor plan and was furnished very well. The pool, pool deck, and the many outdoor seating areas made it easy for our family to have many catching-up opportunities. The view overlooking the golf course and the beach was gorgeous. The maid service each day was extremely helpful. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was another helpful service - it was very roomy and held all of our luggage and two sets of golf clubs easily. It also stopped so that we could pick up some groceries on the way in from the airport. Kimberly helped us through the entire process - from the initial reservation through check in, and could not have been more helpful. She was very thorough and professional. She handled all of the reservations with the car rental company. All we had to do was meet the rental company reps when they delivered the vehicle to the villa. She was always very responsive to any text message we sent her. Our assigned concierge, Giovanni, was at the villa when we arrived and was very helpful explaining how various things worked. He could not have been nicer or more helpful - and was available 24/7. We had a problem getting the spa to heat properly so we texted Giovanni. After working through some control panel solutions via FaceTime, we could still not get it to heat properly. He then contacted the property manager who came to the villa and did what she could to no avail. Within 30 to 45 minutes, they had a spa service man sent out who fixed our problem quickly. We really appreciated the speed with which our minor issue was handled. Our family of 7 will definitely return to Villa Cortez

    What a fantastic house! The location was amazing. Between having the Sheraton right next door, and the great golf club within in walking distance going out for meals was super convenient. We were traveling with another family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids-they all loved that they could wander around the large development and we all felt completely safe. The views from the bedrooms were unbelievable - not to mention the views from the pool and patio. Before we arrived I thought that the management service was super helpful in booking different activities for during our stay. They also made sure that we had everything we needed upon arrival. This is one of the most amazing homes that I have ever rented. I would definitely recommend this house and I hope to be back.

    This Villa was fantastic. Great location, close enough to town and many golf courses. We had 4 couples, each room having it's own bathroom gave everyone their own space. The pool and outside area was awesome. Everyone had such a wonderful time here it was hard to leave. Couple of good snorkeling beaches not too far away. Would happily stay here again - the whole experience was pleasurable.

    Visited Cabo Villa Cortez with a group of friends to celebrate a milestone Birthday. Was way more then I ever expected it to be. The Villa was perfect and the service provided was awesome ! It was Big, Clean, and Beautiful inside and out. Located just above the 8th tee-box on the Cabo del Sol Ocean Course which is a must play if you enjoy golf. The Villa sits in a quiet secure neighborhood surrounded by lush landscaping and is only a quick 10 minute drive into downtown Cabo. We spent most of our time when not playing golf just hanging out in the backyard BBQing, drinking Margaritas, and listening to the crashing waves. Has a wonderful infinity pool looking out to the Sea of Cortez. The Sunrise and Sunsets were amazing ! A very quick and easy stroll to get down to the Beach from the backyard was very nice perk to the Villa. The backyard looks out to the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar Hotel which we took advantage of by visiting some of there fine restaurants and bars. Was so sad to leave and can't wait to get back down there for another visit to Cabo Villa Cortez. The B-Day boy had the time of his life ! I highly recommend this property for guests traveling to Los Cabos with a group of friends or family. You will not be disappointed .
