The Casa Cascadas was exactly as advertised. We loved having our dinners prepared by chef and could not have asked for anything more. Beautiful view. Awesome location with whales putting on a show on the last morning. The Villa had everything we needed and the many outside areas provided great places to hang out with family. The pool and hot tub were favorites, too. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

We loved our stay and the staff was so helpful and they kept the place incredibly clean every single day. Couldn't have asked for better service. Would love to stay here again soon!

Casa Cascadas was a wonderful place to spend our week. We looked at many properties, but this property had it all. Ernesto was outstanding. He took care of all our transportation needs. He booked a personal chef and we liked him so much we booked him twice. The house was always clean. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The views pf the Pacific from the pool were spectacular. The stairs were a little tough, but other than that, it's a great value.. we're already planning another trip later in the year, our sometime next year...

We were in town for a family wedding. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 8. The house is beautiful! Highly recommend Casa Cascades.

Casa Cascadas was a beautiful Villa! The views are spectacular.. The home is both lovely and very comfortable. All four couples who came enjoyed both private suites and two-three terrific gathering places. We could see both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean in full view from the hot tub every day! It is also a great place to watch whales. Our butler and concierge took care of all our needs and wants. It was the perfect home to enjoy lovely Cabo San Lucas.

Loved this place. Forgot I was even away from home. Paradise.

This beautiful casa is breathtaking! The views and interior lay out gorgeous. 4 levels total, close to the beach, and up in Pedregal with the hawks. the view here is one of a kind, posted up on the hill, so beautiful! Lots of space, comfortable and open floor setting. We would definitely book here again when back in Cabo!

We had a party of 13 staying in 2 villas in Pedregal after the original larger villa we had booked was damaged in the September hurricane. Casa Cascadas was definitely the more luxurious of the 2 properties, so we arranged to have an extra table brought in to accommodate dinners outside on the main deck for all 13 of us. The house is very large with a comfortable living room area, indoor dining table that can accommodate about 8 people, and outdoor space with amazing views on multiple levels. The pool is small and unheated-not for laps. The hot tub is large and comfortable. We often saw whales from the various decks. Very tastefully decorated. Master suite and another large comfortable bedroom are one level up from the kitchen and living room. Two other bedrooms are one level below with entrances from outside. When we arrived, one of those bedrooms did not have working air conditioning, but the maintenance people fixed it the next day. Still that room had a bit of a musty smell. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only filtered water was from the refrigerator, and it had a slightly funny taste. Our other villa had a water cooler, which we preferred. Pedregal is a very large gated community of luxury homes built into a mountain above Cabo San Lucas. I wish we had had better information in the villa about Pedregal, but we eventually learned about a small but lovely gym with a lap pool, spa, and yoga classes about a 15 minute walk uphill from the property ($10 per day) and the small, charming Penny Lane Cafe that serves delicious breakfasts next to the organic market about a 30 minute walk on the other side of the mountain (but still in Pedregal). It would have been nice to have a map and information about the community in the villa. Our other villa did have more available information. The Pedregal beach is about a 15 minute walk downhill from the property. It is a great beach for walking, wading, exploring the rocks, and watching the sunsets. Not a swimming beach due to strong undertows. No vendors or crowds, which is refreshing after the town of Cabo San Lucas. We did not rent cars but walked to and from town several times. There are sidewalks throughout Pedregal. The walk to town is mostly downhill and takes 20-30 minutes. The walk back has many steep hills. If you have issues walking on hills, you should consider renting a car or you will need to take taxis. We did find some good restaurants for breakfast and lunch but enjoyed our dinners cooked for us at the villa. If you are traveling to Cabo and have a ride arranged from the airport, make sure to have a printed voucher confirming the pickup. We waited several hours for our rides after waiting in the long customs line and ended up hiring a van as our prepaid ride never showed up. If we had had the voucher, there were people who would have called for us, but we didn't have a number. Also, try to use a local rental agency as we used one in Canada and had several issues. Much easier to resolve problems locally should they arise.

Cabo Cascada saved our vacation! We had rented a house for Xmas week near Los Barriles and, when we arrived, learned that the entire beach had been washed away in the hurricaine. After spending hours online trying to find nother house, we found the agent for Casa Cascada. She seemlessly conducted the transaction, working into the night and being extraordinarily responsive and, the next day, we arrived at the house. It was spectacular. The views from all floors were breathtaking, the house gorgeous and the pool and hot tub beautiful. When we had a few minor problems with the TV and the hottub, the onsite rep arrived within the hour and fixed everything. The rental agent gave us impeccable referrals for sailing, fishing trips and restaurants; she called back immediately whenever we needed her. I can't remember ever receiving such fabulous professional service.

What a great Casa! We loved everything about this house. The 3 floors made the house feel expansive. The guys loved the roof top deck with the fire pit. The pool area with the hot tub was perfect. We were able to watch whales everyday! This house has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. Only thing you might want to consider is a lot of steps to climb but that never stopped us...a bunch of senior citizens!!! Well worth the trip!!

This villa is really named Casa Cascadas.
You'll need to know that when entering the private community.

I've rented 6 or so different houses in Pedregal and this one did not disappoint.
It would be tough to find a better deal based on location, quality, and price.

4 of us (2 couples) enjoyed this villa for 4 nights in July.
The location was great. Close to town, but on the other side of the hill so you have a view of the Pacific.

The pool was nice and the control system made it easy to warm up or cool off the water.
The roof top lounge was our favorite spot at night. The fire pit was great.

We only used the top level rooms and they were great. Beds were comfy, and rooms were large with a connecting balcony. The downstairs rooms were not as big, but had their own bathrooms.

All of the pictures on the exoticestates web site were 100% accurate.

One warning: This house is on a steep hill so there are a lot of stairs from the street to the kitchen level. Pace yourself in the heat.

Maid service was EXCELLENT and Ernesto the house manager was very helpful as well.

One of the most beautiful views I have ever experienced. House has beautiful, expansive view of Pacific. Also, great location to view sunrise and sunset. Home is very private and peaceful (located in gated community) with a great living area setup and extremely comfortable bedrooms. Home is close to a beautiful beach while also being close to downtown Cabo and marina. The pool, hot tub, and all of the outdoor living spaces overlook the Pacific. No whale watching tour necessary from this house. We were able to see dozens of whales daily from the various patios. We will definitely visit the villa again!

Stayed here in January and had an amazing time. The staff and house were fantastic. Watched whales swimming by and breaching from the patio and even from inside in the living room. Pedregal is just minutes from the Marina and any of the other things you could want to go do. I would love to go back soon. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the same patio chair; it doesn't get any better than that.
