Marlin Crest Villa enjoys a prominent position in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood overlooking the spectacular vista of Cabo San Lucas’ famous rugged landscape and marina. The home boasts a private pool with stunning views and room for 19 guests!
The villa has a stunning great room and showcases expert Mexican stone artisanship. You will notice its grand design, including large spiral staircases and rooms with smooth stone and tile surfaces.
Marlin Crest Villa is composed of a main villa with eight bedrooms and guest studio apartment. This Cabo vacation home is ideal for large groups looking for a vacation rental with ample space for all guests to congregate and retire to private rooms.
The bedrooms of Marlin Crest Villa are large and bright, and have a mix of bed setups, including two with king-size beds, two with queen-size beds and two with two queen-size beds. All the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. See below for bedroom details.
Both the main villa and the guest studio have a kitchen areas. The main villa’s kitchen area comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including electric stove and dishwasher. There is an outdoor dining area that accommodates up to eight guests. The villa comes with a water purifying system for peace of mind.
The pool area Marlin Crest Villa is stunning, with gorgeous views of the surrounding area. The lanai has chase lounge chairs and there is also a jacuzzi and a gas fireplace for nighttime gatherings.
Guests will enjoy housecleaning service Monday through Saturday, except on Mexican holidays.
