Cabo Villa Jade is a grand, spacious home with five floors and 6,000 square feet of living space. The pristine white exterior of the home has a tiered style with multiple balconies. Inside, guests will find eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. With room for 22 guests, Cabo Villa Jade is ideal for hosting large groups, whether multiple families or one big group of friends.  

The main outdoor living space faces the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean. The terrace features an infinity pool that lights up at night and a large hot tub. When you are not relaxing in the water, you can lounge in one of the terrace’s multiple seating areas while the chef in your group prepares a meal. The terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue grill, a refrigerator, and a dining table with eight seats. As you finish dinner and the sunsets, you can indulge in cocktails around the outdoor fire pit.  

Pocket doors allow ocean breezes to cool off the indoors and make it easy for guests to move between the terrace and the living room. The living room has a large couch, two leather armchairs, and striking artwork. Sit in this room to enjoy the large, flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Cabo Villa Jade also has a den where guests can relax together. 

The open floor plan of the main living space incorporates the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large center island with a stovetop range. The villa also has two indoor dining tables, one with seats for four guests and the second with seats for six guests. Guests also have the option to engage a private chef.  

Seven of the villa’s bedrooms are located in the main house, while the eighth is tucked away in the casita. The casita, which only has exterior access, is perfect for couples looking for more privacy. This bedroom has a California king-sized bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom. 

In the main house, there are three bedrooms with California king-size beds and three bedrooms with king-size beds and full-size sleeper sofa. The seventh bedroom in the villa has two queen-size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa. Each one of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.  

Cabo Villa Jade spares no luxury. The home’s amenities include central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a water purification system, Wi-Fi, and maid service Monday through Saturday.  

In addition to the luxury of the indoor and outdoor living space, Cabo Villa Jade also has an ideal location for exploring more of the resort town. A short drive will take you to Médano beach and the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cabo.
