A group of 12 stayed at Villa Alegria for a week and the home, and it’s supporting cast, exceeded our expectations. Pablo was excellent and made our stay top notch! The pictures on the website are accurate and experiencing the house in person was a dream come true! Plenty of space, close to activities and the chef service was mmm mmm good! Lots of leftovers!

Alexandria was so accommodating and helpful with all of our arrangements and any questions that we had, it made our stay so easy for us to just relax. Luis was available anytime we called and with anything that we needed, cars, taxis, reservations, you name it and he knew how to get it for us. Villa Alegria was beautiful. The view of the ocean, the open floor plan and the patio accommodated all 12 of us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Mexico and I can see us returning again

This house was absolutely amazing! The view from sun up to sun down was everything. It was always clean and for 12 people we still had plenty space. This house made our trip more than what it was from the cleaning service to the catering services and the birthday set up, everything was nice. Especially Giovanni. He was so helpful with every single thing I bothered him about.

The villa was awesome.
Perfectly clean before we got there and the maids did an excellent job every morning. Views were awesome and heated pool and hot tub were great. Having a 24/7 concierge was incredible to coordinate rides and reservations.

This trip was amazing and the level of care the staff showed onsite was amazing. The housekeepers were so great as was Hector. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect and was very helpful.

Our communications with Jessica and concierge were seamless even before and during our stay.
All our needs were met and they went above and beyond all our expectations. The location is amazing as well - close to downtown and the marina. Thank you!

The Housekeepers Paz and Silvina were so helpful, especially to my mother. Our driver that picked us up and took us to the airport really gave us a sense of security and was truly a great first impression.We will forever miss the magical Sunrises that greeted us everyday before an activity. What a view this Villa provides. Whether it was on our walks to the beach or on our fishing trip or a simple companion with a cup of coffee I feel we will miss our mornings with that view the most. My sister tuned 50 on this trip and she wanted the 12 of us to have the time of our lives. She's extremely busy but Alexandra accommodated her always. Thank you for arranging to have the alcohol and water already at the Villa. Who knew this would have been the best idea. This made all of the activities at the home perfect whether we played pool or played in the pool. We had so much space and great sitting areas to mingle and laugh together. Thank you for arranging the day at the beach. We took the glass bottom boat and went to the famous arch and relaxed on Lovers Beach. On our fishing trip we had a whale sighting; a school of dolphins followed us and a sea lion propped up onto the boat to eat our leftover bait. It's like you hired them just for us. It was simply breathtaking. We even caught tuna; 6 of them. We made fresh ceviche, grilled filets and sashimi. I have never tasted fish so fresh. Our last night there was my sisters Birthday and the restaurant was a big deal. Tres Sirenas was perfect. They served an Amuse-bouche which was a great first impression. My sister had the Tomahawk Steak but most of us had the Whole Lobster and she got to dance. She's a salsa dancer so the waiters indulged her on her special day. We cannot wait to go back.

Everything was amazing. Our conceirge was great and alwasy avaiable. He was a great help as I needed to rent a long table and chairs for my birthday dinnner. He was there when we arrived and there when we left.

Great stay with ample quality room. Very responsive host and Angel made life easy for us with our local bookings.

Great house for 7 couples.
Construction put a damper on stay as we were not aware when booking. Food spoiled due to fridge not being cold enough.

The house was nice but there was construction the whole time and we did not get any warning when booking the accommodation that this was taking place so made using the pool area very unpleasant.
The house also has 7 rooms and sleeps 14 people but the dining room table only seats 7 max. Overall we had a great time, only a few negatives that detracted from the stay.

We hosted our wedding there and it was absolutely perfect.
Our family loved having some privacy while still having places to hangout together. Both the pool and the pool table were a big hit for our group. The home was as describe. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were minor problems with the dish washer and folding bed, but it didn't bother us too much. If you're planning on visiting the nearby town, I would recommend renting a car as taxi's from the community can add up fast. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Had such a great time at this beautiful home.The service was superb and the view is breathtaking. Our concierge was always available to assist. Definitely a must pick for a trip to Cabo.

My group of 13 stayed at Villa alegria in april 2013 and were immensely pleased. The house easily accomodated all of us inside and out. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily and greatly appreciated--it's amazing how cool it got in the evening so the hot tub felt great.

We heard and saw almost no neighbors; I think even if people were around you wouldn't hear them.

We found the 20-minute walk into town was pretty easy and good exercise! It was also a 15 minute walk to the beach. We did have two cars for excursions further away but found ourselves walking most of the time.

The house was clean and stocked with most of the essentials.

Suggestions for the house:
Add plastic glasses and cups; with pool and so much rock it would be nice to not have to worry about breaking glass.

Include walking and driving directions to the house; the first time finding it is difficult.

Suggestions for visiting Cabo:
Do not rely on the aTM machines at the marina for cash--fees for withdrawal are large.

Suggestions for restaurants:
Mi Casa was excellent, authentic Mexican good
Solomon's on the marina: good casual fare
Pocho's: nice, fine dining on the marina

Everyone there at villa alegria was extremely helpful. We had minor problems that were taken care of. The house was breathtaking and we had plenty of space, and privacy when needed. The location was perfect. Villa alegria was a short distance to the public beach.

Villa alegria surpassed every and all expectations that we had. Upon arrival we were thrilled of how nice and spacious the Villa is once you see it in person. Attention to every detail of the staff was obvious and the architecture is phenomenal. Our group was a pack of 12 bros and each one of us had the vacation of a life time. Our personal concierge, Victor, made everything extremely accessible and every arrangement we made was anything but difficult. Downtown and the beach are just a short cab away and we were able to ride together in one van each time. Safety was no issue whatsoever throughout the duration of this trip. Villa alegria can be a great place for any group being that the exterior bedrooms provide an easy getaway for rest and relaxation. The pool and hot tub was the most popular area along with the comfortable couches that can double as beds. The maid and grounds crew were outstanding throughout the trip and helped make it a true vacation. I would advise visiting Costco on the way in to stock up on groceries and booze (they also sell liquor). Thanks to Nik at Earth, Sea, and Sky because he definitely hooked us up with a great villa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Getting a villa to share with five couples was the best decision we made (other than marry each other!) It was clean, quiet, huge and a great way to spend time with friends without having to be out in public. It was large enough there was space when needed and comfort when gathered as a group.

We had a chef for dinner one night followed by lunch a few days later. The food was excellent and they were timely. Six of us had massages which were very nice to not have to leave our house to get these. they provided three therapists so there was no real wait. We had a maid daily who was wonderful. since there is a drought, we did request she not wash sheets or towels as scheduled but if we wanted something washed we would leave it on the floor. Having a w/d there was great for the post exercise clothes.

We were about a mile from the front gate which made exercising on the hills mandatory when we wanted to walk to the store (which a small market and a liquor store were close by). The cab fares are expensive so we saved those for the few times we didn't want to walk back. The entrance to the public beach was close though we just went to check it out and not sit in the sand when we had a private pool (and no one was on the beach either). It is worth hiking to the highest peak in Pedregal, 360 degree view!

Someone had complained previously about the fridge not being cold enough. Prepared for that we got ice for the beers but the house has two small fridges where the beverages spent time. Fortunately, our concierge picked up some ice for us as the ice maker didn't work. no issue, on vacation but needed to make an ice run for the gin and tonics, preplanning helps.

I think the house could use another umbrella outside. there are bugs in the kitchen, keep the counters clean and they are minimal.

Stopped at Costco, arrived without luggage, made drinks, turned on the house stereo (they had an MP3 cord) and chilled for a week.

The Villa is amazing!! The view is breathtaking!! The staff was great(although they do not speak english) Each bedroom has its own private bath, and the master suite upstairs is fit for a Queen. From booking, to transportation, to activities Victor our "go to guy" made our vacation easy, he even ordered a pizza for us one night. Cabo is not only beautiful it is safe and the locals are there to serve you, and sell you something. Get out of the airport as quick as you can, unless you want to buy a time share, also be aware of information booths, they want to sell you something too. When booking the villa, Earth Sea and Sky vacations are great to work with, they will handle everything for you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about Cabo. One thing I would suggest bring extra money for taxi rides they are quite expensive from the villa to town/beach. You can walk to town, it is not far, but the walk back up to the villa...a good workout. The villa sits almost at the top of the hill and the hike back up-you can do it, but a taxi will cost you $20-30 us dollars each way. Other then that we had a great time. We went on a dinner cruise, the food was authentic mexican(very good) you can drink all you want, and they take you around the arch slowly so you can get some great pictures. All the little bars in town make stout margaritas(our fav. the nowhere bar) and everyone is friendly. Ask someone how to get to the beach it is kind of tricky, but it is worth it, we spent a whole day playing in the ocean and enjoying the sun. If you want the best lobster in Cabo Lorinzillos(not sure on spelling) is it, but be prepared to pay for it, the cost-between $150-200 per person us of course. And the lobster prices are not on the menu, they will tell you to ask for prices, my advice, ask! Enjoy your Cabo vacation, we did.

I came down with 13 of my friends. we were looking to surf, skim, and party. All those things were accomplished and we all had an amazing time. Villa alegria was a great house. everyone had a comfortable place to sleep (the couches are just as big and comfortable as a bed!). the house a great sound system as well, but watch out for noise complaints. the pool was a little smaller than we thought but it was great and not cramped when everyone was in it. the back patio was a great place to get rid of a hangover; lots of sun exposure. the internet didn't work and the concierge never came back to fix it (as promised), but the house has a desktop computer in already and that had internet so we managed. we were able to walk to town in about 20minutes from the house which was a major selling point for us (cut down on taxi cost). Definitley would reccommend this house for party people or families. Thanks Earth, Sea, and Sky!

The villa was beautiful, we had 9 people and we all had plenty of space both inside and out. The decor in the villa was very nice, although the kitchen could use more (limited storage/Tupperware, steak knives). The view of the ocean was fantastic, we saw no less than 30 whales from our pool deck and every day the weather was perfect. We also always felt safe, never thought twice about our safety. We utilized the chef services once and wish we would have used them more, the food and service was fantastic and it really was a great value when you compare to going out to dinner. The housekeeping services were thorough and the villa support (Fernando) was very responsive and helpful, he helped coordinate many of our outdoor activities, reservations, and taxi's. One surprise - many places didn't accept credit cards so we needed more cash than we thought, and the taxi rides add up so be prepared. We would definately return!

Awesome place with great views. Everything you need to have a blast with friends and family. Wireless internet, satellite tv, ipod dock, outdoor speakers, gym, huge master...you name it, this place has it.

Our family group ranged from age one to sixty-five, and each of us loved our week at Villa alegria. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the large terrace is breathtaking. We appreciated the comfortable beds, great patio furniture, pool & jacuzzi, spacious kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable air-conditioning (hardly needed), and free phone to the United States. Pedregal provides many options for hikes to the beach or over the hills. The private beach for Pedregal residents is just spectacular for sunset-viewing. There were just a few problems: Persistent, tiny ants in various locations; a terrible, unusable shower in room #4; and slippery-when-wet surfaces for kids around the pool. Overall, we thought our vacation experience was just about perfect, and we'd be thrilled to return to Villa alegria sometime.

Earth, Sea and Sky...all can be found at Villa alegria. We had our families join us for our wedding in the Pedregal. The villa was able to accommodate 14 and everyone had a blast. Location has scenic views and ample room inside and out for taking in all that Cabo has to offer.
What is preventing me from rating it higher is as follows: The aC unit that cools the 3 bedrooms in the main house was broken, 3 days of repairs could not fix it and the unit needs to be replaced entirely. This made for uncomfortable sleeping. Water pressure is pretty low at times during the day, showers can take a bit for warm water to flow. Some repair to cabinets was required upon arrival and the local maintenance team corrected it immediately. I recommend a thorough walk thru upon arrival and be assured they will correct any needs. Top notch guest service from Essv and our entire family was thrilled!!

the house is wonderful had an excellent view and exclusive area

The house is amazing. The views are amazing. The master bedroom is amazing. The a/C in the main house is poor. The a/C in the separate bedrooms is wonderful. There was no hot water that I was aware of in the main house, but I was told that there was hot water in the separate bedrooms. Pool was refreshing, but the concierge didn't really know how to turn on the jacuzzi and it took two days to get it working.

It also gets very expensive to go up and down the hill to get to town and back using the taxi service.

We did have a problem with the security getting physical with one of our group. This security officer hit our friend and yelled at a friend of his. When we called our local contact he was very unhelpful and told us that the security officer in question had had run ins before. I feel that they could have handled this better. For that reason I would be hesitant to recommend this area.

This place was perfect. Such a huge, open area to socialize. Nice, clean bedrooms. Good stereo with iPod dock and outdoor speakers. It was hard to leave.

The outdoor deck had great seating and great views of the Ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really made everything easy for us.

The daily breakfast made to order was perfect. No need to go into town when you can, very affordably, have a great chef come to your house.

A stellar vacation!

I have stayed in 4 Villas and this one was great. Well decorated, very usable space, incredible view and tons of space to relax. If you are going with a group of friends or couples or even families you will not be disapointed.

Our stay at the Viila Alegria was great! Everyone at Transcabo treated us like KINGS. I would tell everyone going to Cabo to use Earth,Sea and Sky Vacations as it's a first class operation.

We have traveled to Cabo every year for the last eight - we are a group of guys who come down to relax and play golf. The casa was beautiful and the service from Ricardo was, as usual, way above and beyond. We will be back in this casa again next spring.

The home is great, the staff was excellent. My only wish is it was a little closer to the town, but other than that everything was superb - just rent a car!

We stayed at the Alegria with our group of 12 and had plenty of room for more.The staff could not be more helpful in making our trip so relaxing.The weather was 2nd to none as we did not see a cloud.I would high recommend using Earth Sea and Sky as the place to get information on staying in the Baja.I would also recommend anyone staying in Pedegral to get a rental car or van, based on the ammount of people in your group.We will all be going back soon.

fantastic views excellent house staff

Everything really was wonderful, the house was nice
and spacious the one problem we had was that the
rooms were really hot and we couldn't get the air
turned down from 80 to 60degrees. The hot tub was
relaxing and the pool and pool table was an extra
treat...We absolutely loved our chef services from
dennis catering the french toast was amazing all in
all we had a great time!

Our family spent 8 glorious days at this home which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The location was perfect. We were close to town and close enough to Costco and Walmart, which made grocery shopping easy and affordable. The mall and pier was just a short walk away as well. You could even get a water taxi from there to go and see the arch and area beaches. The neighbourhood, Pedegral, is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the area and seeing the sights from atop of Cabo.

Although we had an awesome time staying at this property, there were a couple of things that need improvement. First of all, the air conditioning was not good at all in the upstairs part of the house, hence it was hot in the bedrooms at night for sleeping and for putting kids down for naps during the day. It was cool enough on the main level but air circulation wasn't working well in order to keep the upstairs cool as well. Also, water pressure is very poor, which made it difficult to shower. The master bedroom NEVER had hot water in the shower, not once - just the bathtub, which was very frustrating. The pool was cleaned but not every day and there were paint shavings from peeling white paint floating all over. The staff (cleaning and outside maintenance) were very friendly, however, and did a good job when they were there.

All in all, we were very happy with the house and found it to be a great experience and awesome vacation!

Villa Alegria far exceeded my expectations in every respect. I planned a long
weekend for 10 friends and the villa worked perfect for our group. The
location was ideal, both for Pedregal beach and the town/marina. However, we
spent a significant portion of our trip at the villa; the outdoor area was very
comfortable and was complete with incredible views of the Pacific. We're
looking forward to returning to Cabo and Villa Alegria.

We had a graet time stay8ing at V.A. The staff was most accommodating and our Concierge was professional and courteous and very helpful assisting us with making our plans throughout Cabo.He recommended great restaurants and took care of all of our ground transportation. Our property manager dropped by several times and was very pleasant and nice.

I would prefer all the rooms be inside the house instead of going outside and downstairs to certain bedrooms but it still worked out fine.

The location and view of the Pacific was amazing. We sat poolside and watched the cruise ships come into the Marina.

Two of the bedrooms were not as well air conditioned as the rest of the Villa. Otherwise everyhthing else was perfect.

We had a group of friends all staying at this Villa and it was perfect! There was a nice open floor plan in the main house. Great patio space with BBQ and gorgeous view. And the sun settled behind the house, allowing shade in the afternoons for those of us who didn't want to get burnt. Kitchen was big and spacious. The Concierge, Carlos always picked up his phone when we had questions and was eager to help us with anything we needed. Maid service was awesome in getting the place cleaned up for us each day we got back. Car rental is a must-have! Overall, a phenomenal experience. We're looking forward to making it back there!

P.S. We went across the driveway to the neighbor's house. It was much bigger with a 180+ degree view of the ocean... but each common room was enclosed, separated by walls. We preferred Villa Alegria much more for it's upgraded kitchen, open floor plan, and suitability for large gatherings. (And also, they paid 2x more for their place!)

We loved our stay at Villa Alegria. It was a lovely home w/ a great view and fun outdoor area. There was plenty of room so that we were all able to feel like we had our own space, even w/ 14 of us. The walk to and from town wasn't too bad, even though it is a definite trek back up the steep hills. It was very peaceful and we hardly heard our neighbors or the construction that was going on. Our only gripes- the A/C in the master suite didn't work and we had to fiddle w/ it and it took 3 days before it "kind of" turned on. The kitchen could use some more supplies. The worst was that a couple of the rooms had bedbugs and we were bit by them. I'm not sure if that's just to be expected in Mexico though. Anyhow, our stay was wonderful overall, and we would love to come back to this specific villa.
