Just a short drive away from some of the best activities in Los Cabos, you will find beautiful Cabo Villa Las Brisas. Located in Caleta, an in-demand private community in Palmilla on the Los Cabos Corridor, this five-bedroom and six-bathroom vacation home sleeps 10 adults and two children, and features a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean.   

Step inside and you will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway in this 5,500 square foot villa. Beautifully decorated with earth tones, this home is filled with light, vibrant textiles, and premium amenities.

Equipped with everything you need to cook at home, you will love preparing fresh cuisine in the gourmet kitchen, and you and your guests can enjoy dining indoors at the ten-person table and then enjoy after-dinner drinks around the fire-pit, which is surrounded by four chairs.   

The terrace is sure to be the gathering place, and features a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Gas BBQ, and plenty of space for all guests to relax. Soak up the warm Mexican sun in one of the six lounge chairs, or enjoy a drink from the wet bar while you take a dip in the pool that overlooks the ocean.   

When you and your guests are not enjoying the views on the patio or touring the sights of Los Cabos, spend some down time in the comfortable living room. Comfy chairs and couches surround a 50” flat-screen TV, which features Satellite TV and a DVD player.  

Other convenient amenities in the home include air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a water purification system. Guests will also enjoy daily housekeeping service, Monday through Saturday (NB: cleaning staff does not work on Mexican holidays).     

Each guest will retreat to a private and luxurious bedroom, each featuring a private bathroom, and a terrace. The master suite has a king-size bed, and ocean view, perfect for sipping morning coffee. The second guest suite also features an ocean view and boasts two queen-size beds. The third suite has two double beds, while the fifth and sixth suites each feature a king-size bed.

    Do yourselves a favor and stop searching. Villa Las Brisas was incredible. We’ve been coming to Cabo for years and this was one of my favorite villas. Truly, the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The house is hacienda style so the ’main’ house has 3 bedrooms and there are 2 casitas attached to the house. This is a wonderful way to have privacy yet be part of the main house. The beds were so comfortable. The linens fresh and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of supplies were provided. The pool and hot tub were easily heated to our liking. The location in the neighborhood is ideal. It’s not ocean front but you have a beautiful view out to the ocean from throughout the villa. Our house cleaner Letty was a real gem. She quietly moved about the house each day cleaning and putting on fresh sheets and towels. Most days she prepared a breakfast or lunch for us. All delicious! She was such a highlight. The owners should be very proud of this home. The price was very fair. We also loved the neighborhood, beach access and feeling of security. The landscaping is simply incredible. Don’t pass on Villa Las Brisas.

    The property was fantastic, the location perfect and the staffing absolutely amazing. Hector was always on his game which made my vacation with my family very enjoyable. The food was top notch. Letty the house keeper was also amazing. All in all i am planning on going back with my family.
