Villa La Colonial

The home is built on several levels and convenient cooking areas that allow different areas of the home to act as complete living areas. On the main living level, the villa’s Great Room is defined by its soaring ceilings, seamless patio access and epic Cabo ocean views.

Outdoor living at Villa La Colonial is centered around an expansive and sumptuous terrace and pool area, which comes with built-in gas barbecue. The infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi afford all guests staying at this magnificent hillside villa the ultimate private resort-like vacation experience. A fire pit located on the edge on the terrace makes a great spot for an evening glass of wine and stargazing.  

The kitchen and indoor dining areas are located adjacent to the great room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed to prepare fabulous meals. There are large, sweeping countertops and a breakfast bar that is perfect for informal snacks and social cooking. A smaller kitchen on the lower level is a convenience for guests staying in that part of the home. 

Meals can be enjoyed indoors on the dining table or on the outdoor table, located under a portico, which provides shade.

The set-up of this home makes it ideal for large family getaways and multi-generational travel; an in-home elevator helps guests with mobility issues.
